The hammered surface does the work
The hammered pattern means food only touches the peaks. A little oil and the right heat, and eggs and steak release on their own.

Questions
Does food stick?
Titanium isn't Teflon. With a little oil and medium heat, eggs, fish and meat release. If you cook dry on full heat it will stick, like in any metal pan.
How do I clean it?
Warm water and a sponge right after cooking. Burnt-on bits: a splash of water in the hot pan, let it bubble, wipe it out.
Is it really titanium?
The cooking surface is uncoated titanium. The base has a layer of steel so it works on induction.
Which size should I choose?
28 cm fits most stoves and 2–4 servings. 26 cm for eggs and small stoves, 30 cm for the whole family.
